Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both. You can select your preferred grind size—from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso—on each product page, or choose whole bean for maximum flavor longevity.

What is your shipping policy for international orders?

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, typically taking 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties may apply depending on your country.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
