Due to the perishable nature of our roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on food items, but we are committed to ensuring you love every brew. If there is an issue with your order or equipment, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

    Check Your Order

    Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival to ensure all coffee bags and brewing gear are in perfect condition.

    Contact the Coven

    Email our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue if you received the wrong roast or damaged merchandise.

  • 3.
    Package the Goods

    For non-perishable items like apparel or hardware, ensure the product is unused and in its original ritualistic packaging.

  • 4.
    Dispatch and Refund

    Send your item back via a tracked service; once received, we will process your refund or ship out a fresh replacement immediately.
